Are you ready to take your culinary expertise to new heights? Join us as the Chef D’Cuisine at our bustling food service operation in Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport. As the leader of our culinary team, your responsibilities will include making final decisions regarding culinary operations and ensuring exceptional standards are met.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to strategic plans and reviews to achieve culinary operational objectives
- Estimate requirements, assist with menu design, and oversee food preparation
- Maintain brand standards, recipes, and portion specifications for a wide variety of quick serve and casual dine locations such as Chili's, Starbucks, and Shake Shack
- Analyze food production records and menu expenses to improve menu quality
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance with company policies
- Coach, counsel, and prepare corrective action for employees
Your Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or related field OR 3 years experience as a Sous Chef
- 5 years experience as a Chef D’Cuisine
- 5 years supervisory experience in a high-volume environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and perform job functions
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience with Crunchtime or other multi-unit restaurant inventory management systems a plus!
