Assistant General Manager
$66,400 to $70,000 per year

Purpose:
The purpose of the Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is to assist Branch management in tactically executing complex QSR or Casual Dine or similar restaurant management operations. The AGM ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high operational standards. The AGM uses prescribed policies and procedures to make management decisions.
Essential Functions:
- Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures as per company policies.
- Supervise daily activities of associates to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage hiring, promotions, and terminations while fostering diversity and inclusion.
- Monitor financial and operational data to meet unit goals.
- Address customer and associate concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with beverage, safety, and wellness policies.
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure all mandated breaks are taken.
- Maintain cleanliness, equipment functionality, and fully stocked displays.
- Oversee cash handling, invoice processing, and order placements.
- Enforce health, safety, and food safety standards across all operations.
