The purpose of the Assistant Business Controller is to provide support and training to Operations in managing/driving sales, creating, implementing, monitoring and communicating cost & labor controls, forecasting branch/region results, conducting financial analysis and disseminating reports, establishing a control environment and performance management.
The purpose of the Benefits Manager, Union Plans position is to coordinate daily benefit processes and activities to ensure that plans, policies, and procedures are administered correctly for Union Health & Welfare and Retirement benefit programs in North America.
The purpose of the Facilities Technician is to support the general maintenance of the Operations Support Center (OSC) facilities such as the mailroom, meeting rooms and events.
The Operations Controller is responsible for managing cost controls, budgeting and forecasting processes, financial analysis and reporting, and accounting procedures for a single branch or region with multiple locations ranging from small to large sales volume operations. This position is responsible for effectively implementing company defined financial metrics throughout their area of responsibility. The Operations Controller is primarily responsible for providing fact based input into development projects by working with field management in accurately evaluating financial risks and returns of potentially new business opportunities. This position is responsible for the direct management of the activities of their respective accounting staff. This position is responsible for the evaluation of the accounting processes for their geographic area, and makes the appropriate recommendations and/or implements the appropriate solutions. This is an exempt position and typically reports to the Business Controller.
The purpose of the Pre-Construction Director is to manage the design development and approval processes throughout the project delivery phase of new restaurant construction.
This is a remote role, traveling as much as 70% of the time each month and must be based within the Northeast region, accessible to all major airports
The Sr Director Infrastructure is responsible overseeing all infrastructure assets and enabling infrastructure changes and decisions in support of the overall vision of the IT department. The position is also responsible for assisting in architecture planning and contingency provision for all company sites; driving key technology projects; and participating in other projects as requested by executive management. This is a management position and typically reports to the EVP & Chief Information Officer.
