• Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Assistant F&B Operations Manager is an entry-level management position responsible for day-to-day supervision of non-management associates, assigning specified work, focusing on store level operation performance, coaching and developing subordinate Shift Supervisors and other non-management associates and performing all other responsibilities as directed by their manager. This position provides an opportunity for entry-level managers to learn important management skills and practice judgment and discretion skills. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the F&B Multi Operations Manager and/or designee, depending on local requirements.

• Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Cook is responsible for preparing cooked foods, and must be able to perform all station functions of Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and cooking eggs; communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and servers as necessary; providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position.

• F&B Operations Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The F&B Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the F&B Multi Operations Manager or Director of Operations in operating assigned brands, units, and/or concepts. This position is responsible for day-to-day supervision of operations associates, assigning work to both management and non-management associates, monitoring unit/concept/store level operation performance, coaching and developing associates, and performing all other responsibilities as directed by their manager. This is an exempt position and typically reports to the F&B Multi Operations Manager and/or designee, depending on local requirements.

• Host (Food & Beverage)

  The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guest(s) and seating them at an appropriate table before they are introduced to their server. The Host/Hostess may perform a variety of other tasks within a restaurant establishment which may include ringing up orders, refilling beverages, setting tables, and cleaning eating/serving areas; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager.

• Maintenance Person IV (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance IV associate is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair for the location, ensuring that the location meets local-state-federal laws and regulations, assists in maintaining control over the approved maintenance budget and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or assigned Management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, depending on local requirements.

• Server (Food & Beverage)

  The Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders; entering orders quickly and in proper sequence; serving food and beverages for guests in their section as well as other sections; coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of the food; and providing the highest quality of service to the customer at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position.
