• Multi-Unit F&B Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The purpose of the F&B Multi-Unit Manager I role is to act as an intermediary position for the location’s Senior/Director of Operations within a geographically recognized section or subsection of a branch or zone. The F&B Multi Unit Manager I ensures that all of the restaurants within the assigned Terminal/Concourse/zone are clean, staffed, open for business, and operating to high operational and financial standards by holding assigned General Manager(s) accountable. The F&B Multi Unit Manager I uses broad discretion and judgement to make great leadership decisions.

• General Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The purpose of the General Manager I (GM) position is to manage a QSR restaurant or small cluster of restaurants or points-of-sale in close proximity to each other with Sales of generally up to $5M. The GM ensures the restaurant is clean, staffed, open for business, and operates to high operational and financial standards. The GM uses broad discretion and judgement to make great leadership decisions, and is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant.

• Server (Food & Beverage)

  The Server is responsible for taking food and beverage orders; entering orders quickly and in proper sequence; serving food and beverages for guests in their section as well as other sections; coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of the food; and providing the highest quality of service to the customer at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager depending up local requirements.

• Commissary Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Commissary Manager I is responsible for managing the commissary activities of a location with low sales volume and routine operations. This includes purchasing, food production and storage, ensuring food quality, controlling food and labor costs, ensuring product is delivered to units, leading the commissary team, educating associates on equipment and food safety, and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by Management. This is an exempt position and typically reports to the General Manager.

• Director Operations I (Operations)

  The purpose of the Director of Operations I role is to manage all revenue-generating and operations activities of approximately six restaurants and staff support functions within the location, ensuring all restaurants are clean, staffed, open for business, and operating to high operational and financial standards by holding assigned General Manager(s)and staff accountable. The DO-I is responsible for building a successful relationship with the Landlord, Unions, DBE/Joint Venture Partners, and other stakeholders. The DO-I uses broad discretion and judgment to make great leadership decisions.

• Host (Food & Beverage)

  The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guest(s) and seating them at an appropriate table before they are introduced to their server. The Host/Hostess may perform a variety of other tasks within a restaurant establishment which may include ringing up orders, refilling beverages, setting tables, and cleaning eating/serving areas; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager.

  The Utility associate is responsible for various services to include but not limited to cleaning equipment, floors, workstations, utensils, pots and pans using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards; checking ice levels, keg beers, bib sodas and Co2 containers and replace if necessary; loading and unloading supply trucks; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non- exempt position.

• Manager (Food & Beverage)

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Bartender is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks, as well as serving beer and other beverages, and completing transactions; communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and the servers as necessary; providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager depending up local requirements.

• Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Cook CD – Standard is responsible for preparing cooked foods, and must be able to perform all station functions of Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and cooking eggs; communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and servers as necessary; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or assigned management of which associate is capable of performing; providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager depending upon local requirements.

• Crew Member (Food Service)

  The Crew Member is responsible for performing a variety of duties within a fast food establishment which may include cleaning the food or stock areas, operating fryers & microwaves, manning food preparation production line, assisting in the kitchen area, and maintaining inventory; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position.

This position is non-exempt and typically reports to the Warehouse Manager or General Manager, depending on local requirements.
